Structured Products

As you have seen, the instability of the financial markets is mainly due to economic uncertainties concerning the Euro zone, its growth and its sustainability. This instability is fueled by the effects of announcements and reforms, which whether real or not, have an impact on investor confidence. This results in high portfolio volatility (see Economy / Indicators section) which, even if it has fallen compared to 2011, does not encourage investing with confidence.

Objectives: To outperform Euro funds in a stable or bearish market.

The maximum investment period is defined in the contract which may end before

the investment period depends on the performance of one or more indices

The performance is defined upon subscription and depends on the index variation

There are “safety cushions” that protect your capital in case the index(es) drops sharply

In this context the structured products can they be a means of reducing the risk of your portfolio and ensuring long-term stable returns and additional income of 5 to 7% over 6 years? We are here to help you evaluate the different solutions available and explain the advantages and disadvantages of structured products during a personal consultation. It is your wealth management advisor who will suggest the  structured product   that best suits your needs.

For ten years the    structured products     are allowed in life insurance contracts, which significantly improves performance if the choice of structure has been judicious.

There are three reasons why structured funds have been accepted:

  • The performance related to the value of the product
  • Security with protection if the value of the structured product drops
  • The added value of the product in terms of financial engineering

In the beginning, there were hardly more than a dozen structured products intended for life insurance   . Today we create one every day! Indeed its use has become more democratic because this investment was originally designed for professional investors or large private clients who had significant financial means. They were reserved for clients who could invest several hundreds thousands euros at once. Nowadays, thanks to advances in financial engineering, many more investors can access to structured funds   from a few thousand euros. That's why all insurance companies offer them.

But in this business it is not the product offer that counts but its quality, and all the art of    Fides Patrimoine Finance is to offer you the right product at the right time. We even have the ability to make you a tailor-made investment starting from 500,000 Euros .

The stock market: invest in shares: CAC 40, SP 500.

Invest on stocks is the easiest way to make money...or lose it. There are many markets around the world where stocks are listed. The  international markets equity  where the best-known multinationals companies are listed are: France through the CAC 40, Germany with the DAX, the United Kingdom with the Footse, Spain with the IBEX, the Italian market with the MIB, the European market with the Eurostoxx 50, the United States with the SP 500, the Dow Jones, Nasdaq.

The state of art consists in the relevant choice of   actions   which has upside potential   at the right time.

At Fides Patrimoine Finance we combine technical analysis and fundamental analysis to determine what the stocks are likely to generate capital gains over a period of 1 to 5 years.

Another very interesting investment vehicle is called Mutual Funds Or FC  . The term  mutual fund of investments is simply a legal envelope that makes it possible to operate

Unlisted shares and bonds

For a year now, we have been recommending the acquisition of unlisted securities. The target market is bonds of which, for a marginal risk, yields are far superior to listed bonds which average around 400 BP.
